30-Night Sleep Trial

We want you to love your DreamAlign pillow. Sleep on it for up to 30 nights from the day it's delivered. If it isn't right for you, we'll refund you. No need to send it back.

How to request a refund

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery through our Contact page.
  2. Include your order number and a quick note on why it didn't work for you.
  3. We may ask for a photo of the pillow to confirm the request.

Once approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show it.

Damaged or defective items

If your pillow arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Bundles

For 2-pillow bundles, the trial covers both pillows. You can request a refund for one or both.

Fair use

The sleep trial is limited to one refund per customer and household. We reserve the right to decline requests that show signs of abuse.
