How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered in 7–12 business days, with tracking sent to your email.

How does the 30-night sleep trial work?

Sleep on it for up to 30 nights. If it's not for you, contact us and we'll refund you. No need to send it back. See our Refund Policy for details.

Will it work for my sleep position?

It's designed for back and side sleepers. Stomach sleepers may find it too high.

Does it smell when it arrives?

New memory foam can have a light smell. Let it air out for 24–48 hours and it fades.

How do I wash it?

Unzip the cover and machine-wash it on cold. Spot-clean the foam only.

What colors are available?

Gray, black, and white.
